Performer Rules & Application Guidelines 

Are you a songwriter ready to share your original music on stage? We’d love to hear from you! Before applying, please review the following rules and details about this year’s festival.

Festival Details

Location: Downtown Covington, Louisiana
Dates & Times:

• Saturday, November 1st | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Sunday, November 2nd | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Performer Eligibility & Requirements

• Solo performers and duos only.

• Original music only — no covers will be allowed. (Sound will be cut.)

  for any cover songs.

• Songs must be performance-ready.

• Acoustic instruments are strongly preferred.

• No drum kits are allowed (Cajóns are permitted).

Application Fee

A $10 Performer Application Review Fee is required with each application.
Applications submitted without payment will not be considered.

Important Dates

• August 15 – You’ll be notified by email regarding your acceptance.

• September 1 – If selected, your performance date and time slot will be announced via email.
