OZONE Songwriter Festival & Artist Showcase

The OZONE Songwriter Festival & Artist Showcase is the Foundation’s signature fundraiser and musical event held annually to provide a platform to support singer songwriters performing original music. The largest Singer Songwriter Festival in the state of Louisiana, featuring more than 150 local, regional, and nationally known musicians from over 14 states, the OZONE Songwriter Festival takes place in downtown Covington, Louisiana at the Covington Trailhead and at music venue partner stages — the Columbia Street Tap Room & Grill, Cured on Columbia, Encore Bar & Grill, The Southern Hotel, and The Green Room.

Also held in association with the Festival are Songwriter Symposiums and Workshops offering education from industry leaders such as Presonus and hands-on songwriting and production instruction from professional musicians.

The OZONE Songwriter Festival ‘Song Contest’, where the OZONE Music Festival receives original, recorded song submissions from artists of their original songs, is also a popular event leading up to the Festival. Winners receive writing sessions with professional musicians and studio production time to produce their winning song.
